Order failed to go through

Hello

I tried to change my plan before the cutoff date of January 20, 2021.  I got to the point of getting a screen showing the order number of 2101251074160057.  I did not get an email confirming this order.

I got a notice from my credit card that I was charged $87.95 so was a bit confused.  I used the chat today 2/22/2021 to see why the bill was higher than I expected.  The agent told me that there was no order on my account.  I was a bit confused and gave them the order number above.

The agent had me go in and try to make the change again while they waited to see if they could see it on their end.  I made the change and they could see it on their end this time.  I was also given a new order number on the screen that I shred with the agent and I did get an email this time.

I am writing to see if I can get a credit for the difference between what the rate should have been if the change had been processed and what I paid as it seems like something went wrong on your end of things as I got an order number, but not the email.  I think it should be like $20.00.

Please let me know if this is possible.

Thank You

Bryan
