Order Cancelled by Xfinity with no notification
Mid July I signed a new contract at an Xfinity store for two years. It included the X1 Preferred Prop +QP package plus More Sports and Entertainment. Go to watch one of the channels on the More Sports and Entertainment package and it was gone. My account showed all my old boxes, that I had already returned, but none of the new ones. My bill was for more than what I paid last month when my contract ran out when it was supposed to be almost $40 less. I was able to chat with a support agent who told me my contract was cancelled today. Luckily she was able to reinstate (I think) my old contract at the original agreed up price.
Has anyone else had this issue? BTW, the account now shows the correct boxes,
