Need some help lowering my bill

Hi,

I've been a customer for the last 15 years and for the last several years and my bill has been going up every year. Last year, a comcast representative here promised to help lower my bill but didn't follow up. I've once again got a letter saying that my bill is go up once again this October. Can someone please help?

I don"t think anyones listening at Comcast. they don't relize how hard it is on most of their customers to have to pay these high prices for TV and Internet.

If you can't afford the services you have now, downgrade to something you can afford and then upgrade later.  As long as you keep one service, if you're in a contract, you won't have an early termination fee.
