Need some help lowering my bill
Hi,
I've been a customer for the last 15 years and for the last several years and my bill has been going up every year. Last year, a comcast representative here promised to help lower my bill but didn't follow up. I've once again got a letter saying that my bill is go up once again this October. Can someone please help?

I don"t think anyones listening at Comcast. they don't relize how hard it is on most of their customers to have to pay these high prices for TV and Internet.
