Need help because of covid

Im struggling to stay afloat during this time with Covid and pay my bill every month but Im really struggling to pay all these fees piling up and also need a new promotion since mine just ended so my bill went up so much that I cant afford it anymore. I have kids in online school and really need some help here before I have to end services completely . I really enjoy Xfinity services so I really hope we can work something. Thanks

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
