Hi, I am currently set up with full paperless billing on all of my utilities, which has come to be a problem since I need to provide proof of residency at my current apartment (that I don't get much, if any mail to). Can I continue having paperless billing through Comcast, but have a paper copy of my most recent bill sent to me? I can't seem to find where to do that.
Log in to https://customer.xfinity.com/#/billing/past-statements and click "View PDF" for the month you are interested in, then print it. You might be able to get a copy from Comcast by calling them at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or using one of the options on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/.
Good afternoon, sjbrodze. A driver's license renewal is definitely important! As one option, we could disable paperless billing, let the next bill cycle and then re-enable it. The fastest thing to do of course would be to log into your account online and print the bill from there. It sounds like you may not have access to a printer though, is that right?
