NO Credit for Service Lost to Isaias
When Tropical Storm Isaias hit my area I lost my service from August 4 until August 10. I tried to call Comcast for a credit but got no answer. Then I opened my bill and its the SAME AMOUNT I've been paying ($203.97 per month) with NO discount whatsoever.
