I just wanted to check in with you to see if you've been able to review your bill and find where the increase came from? If not, to better understand your bill's changes, follow this link. Please review steps 1-7 carefully. Numbers 3,4, and 5, in particular, will go over your regular monthly charges, any new charges, and an itemized list of the changes that occurred on the bill.
