My account

My service has been disconnected twice in less than 7 days. Each time it's because someone in the billing department thinks I requested this. I have not requested disconnect and I not moving. When I got reconnected I was told my bill would be $133.00 instead of $170.00. Why does my bill not reflect this?

I apologize to hear that you keep getting your service disconnected. We know how frustrating it can be when you have to take time out of your day to make sure it gets turned back on. I would like to have a look into the account to see why this keeps happening and also have a look into the billing.
