My account and situation - Account#
Hello, I just made a payment of $154. I have resided in Denver since 2017 and open and started this account -
Due to COVID my situation changed and I left Denver in March 2020 and I am currently isolating in North Carolina. The equipment, which is outstanding on the bill, is still in the apartment rented by Glendale Rugby Club. I will not be going back to Denver as I am moving to Dallas Texas and would like to continue my relationship with Comcast Xfinity once settled in Dallas, TX around November 2020.
Will it be possible to retrieve the equipment from the apartment and by doing so settled the outstanding $270 seen as unreturned equipment.
As mentioned I always had a very positive relationship with Xfinity and would like to continue the same.
I did not anticipate or foreseen this situation.

How do you expect Comcast to retrieve equipment from an apartment you're not at? And, FWIW, Comcast isn't in Dallas, but Spectrum is.
