I see several other users have encountered similar issues and that Comcast reps (at least @ComcastRob several times) have been able to assist.
I received an email today informing me of a courtesy adjustment (refund) of the Regional Sports Network fee, and referenced a previous adjustment in October. I cannot find any record of a previous adjustment (checking all bills September through December 2020).
I connected with a chat agent, who suggested the referenced October "courtesy adjustment" was the increase in fees on the October bill (in the Federal Universal Service Fund fee), which I think is incorrect, but would be a very twisted definition of a courtesy adjustment.
Can a Comcast rep help to determine if I was eligible for an October adjustment, and what the amount should have been?
