Lost Payment
I have tried to get a lost payment issue resolved for 4 WEEKS! You lost my monthly payment for July. I provided you with proof from my bank that the money was taken out of my account and paid to my comcast account. Then, you have the nerved to put a late payment charge on my August bill. SHAME ON YOU! I have called several times and several "support tickets" have been opened for this issue. Someone messed up and it wasn't me. FIX THIS! P.S. -Look in your phone logs and figure out who this is and get back to me on this.....Thanks!
