Hello! I finished a two year contract with internet at 200mb and 125+ TV channels. My bill went through the roof, way too high for what I can afford, especially considering changes to my household income due to Covid. I was looking for a similar contract AND for options of 100mbps speeds instead of 200 (which I never really needed). When I follow the prompts to "shop all offers" or "offers for me," it only shows 25mbps or significantly higher speeds than my current 200. When I followed a different set of prompts from an online agent to 'change internet speed' because he only had access to offers for new customers, I'm seeing an error because the only option is to select "included" with a message that says "SHOPPING_ELEMENT_20400043." I'm looking for an offer of 100mbps with existing/slightly fewer channels than I have now. 160 dollars a month is insane! Another agent refered me to the 'contact us' page but I've been waiting for an agent with 'current place in line: 0' for 35 minutes.
