I am currently reviewing options to lower my overall internet and TV costs. Recently my overall bill increased due to at least one promotion expiring. I've also noticed that my internet speed is slower than currently available promotions, so I'd like options to either lower the cost or bring the speed up to what's currently being promoted.
My preference is to work via email or direct message, not via the Comcast 800 number.
