Internet only?

I have asked a question about changing to internet only and not gotten any response.  I see others asking the same question here, and they get a response from an Xfinity employee.  How do I get someone to help me?

Mention one of those agents that helped someone else using @dws0411  format.  That should alert them if they are still active on this Forum.
