So, I qualify for the Internet Essentials program (low income due to disability, SSDI and other qualifying social services) however, because I am not a new customer I am ineligible? WHY am I being punished (with ineligibility or must disconnect for 90 days) for being a current customer? <Edited> That qualification requirement serve no legitimate purpose <Edited>!
