Incorrect bill twice

The first bill i was charged 40 when it was supposed to be 25. An extra 5 for a flex box that they sent me when i didnt ask for it and an extra 10 dollars when i agreed to autopay for the 10 dollar discount. And now the next month after i returned it and complained in person and got a recipt, its still the same amount. This is embarrasing i want my correct billing and my 30 dollars back.

Autopay discount doesn't kick in until the 3rd bill after you sign up for it.

Hi, zaherhage. So sorry to hear there is some sort of mix up with the bill. The auto pay discount can take up to 45 days to apply. As far as the other charges and if you'd like me to do a breakdown on the bill, I would be happy to. Let me know!
