I set my plan to xfinity "Seasonal Convenience Plan" on August 13, 2020, which should reduce the monthly payment from about $155 to $38.95 (tax included), but I was still charged by the old price for the past 2 months.
I looked into the "recent activity", there was no such record.
But when I set the seasonal plan, I have the confirmation ("Your Seasonal Convenience Plan Summary") downloaded. But the system just seems to forget it all and still charge me with the normal price.
