I lost a secondary X1 TV Box - I'm still getting charged monthly - can I pay for the lost equipment?

It's a long story but my little X1 TV box is totally gone. I'm still getting charged 6.99 a month for the service it provides. Is there anyway to just pay for the lost equipment and cancel the service? I can't find the answer anywhere...
