Huge jump in monthly rates

My bill for combined high speed internet and TV service was just raised by almost forty dollars a month. Evidently some promotional offer or another I don't remember signing onto when I got my account has expired.

This is a ridiculous increase, and I'd like to know whom I can speak to in order to get a more reasonable rate again.
