I need to know how to fix this because there is no option to change it in my account settings. Super annoying because Chat does not help at all.

BruceW gave a link in the email to vinner4, which we already found was not useful. That link does not take us anywhere where we can change the address where Xfinity sends the bill! As "vinner4" stated JUST YESTERDAY 9-26-2020, Xfinity "human beings" that can correct this problem are not findable: xfinity staff totally CONFUSE service address with mailing address---they think they are the same location.
