I signed up for promotion which includes $10 discount each for autopay and having xfinity Mobile ($20 total). I even changed mobile accounts to new name so it was a "new" account. I'm in my second billing cycle and still don't see discounts in my bill. Also, shouldn't I get promotion credit from the time I signed up for each (which was the day I signed up for package!)? Every time I call, I'm on hold for hours or I get transferred back and forth because Mobile says it's a Cable issue and vice versa. Literally, at my wits end with this company! Thanks!

Autopay and ecobill discount should kick in with the 3rd bill or 45 days after signing up.
