How do you talk to a live person?????

I just got a notice on my account there is a $230 dispute on my account. I have no idea if this is a charge someone put on my account because I have been called 3 times in the last two weeks by someone claiming to be with Comcast that I know is a scam. However, they have my Comcast Account details which bothers me a great deal.

 

How can I talk to a live person to findout what is going on with my account.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
 
In the meantime, please do not send a PM to an Official Employee unless requested because it is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.
