Help with past due Covid

I’m having a hard time making payment on my bills. I’m also struggling with my bill due to Covid-19 been unable to work. I am so behind on my past due bills. Be having past due paid since Nov 20. I been trying to keep my payment arrangement I miss some. My account is letting me do a payment arrangement but my past due balance it really high and my children are doing online schooling at this time they really need it. 5 laptops on zoom. They also love xfinity on demand. I Will like to know can I get help with my past due bills or have my late fees reimbursed for the past 24 months.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

We have the ability to set up payment arrangements for you, we can also look into potentially downgrading the service to lower the bill to make it more manageable for the time being.
