Hardship Payment Extension
I have been with Xfinity for almost 3 years now, my services were interrupted due to a payment that wasn’t made in November while I was POSITIVE for COVID-19. I have been out of work since being ill. I was told because of my balance from being sick (in November), I do not qualify for a hardship program or payment extension for 12 months. Xfinity has left my children unable to currently attend school, while all 4 remote learn due to the pandemic. I am a front line worker who lost her job and I’m a single mother on the verge of eviction, on top of being told unless I come up with 600$ for payment, I have no services for my children to get an education. I haven’t had any help yet have been on the phone everyday with agents, supervisors and managers, all Xfinity has done to me and my family is add stress and a burden. I am disgusted in the treatment I have received as well as lack of care for education for my children. I am not only going to social media, I am also going to news stations.
