Extension on bill

My current bill is 84.61 and is due November 18 I have not been late on past bills. This month due to being laid off from the covid 19 I am not going to pay my bill on this due date . Is there any way I can get a extension on my bill?

Hi ComcastMorgan! I’ve spent the better part of my evening going back and forth between calling Customer Support and interacting with the Xfinity Assistant to get in touch with a Live Agent. So I’m beyond happy right now to stumble across these posts because my issue is very similar to that of Tpayne42 — needing help to get a temporary extension and/or reduction to my current bill because of COVID-19.
