Extension due to COVID
I have a past due balance of $295.23 to keep services, but due to COVID, my wife is out of work and my family including our 2 children, only has my income to survive off of. I know my past due balance is due on the 14th, but is it possible to pay it on the 17th when I get paid again? We have been long time Xfinity customers and are also Xfinity mobile customers as well. I would appreciate any kind of help.
