Equipment marked as returned but fee still on bill.

Equipment marked as returned but fee still on bill.

I sent my old modem back to Xfinity and the returns page of the website says the return is complete yet my bill is still saying I will have an unreturned equipment fee on it.

UPS tracking also says the package was delivered over a week ago.

I know it takes time but the service I am under costs LESS than the equipment fee and I am currently unemployed due to the pandemic so paying triple my bill is killing what little money I am able to scrounge up to keep from going back to a homeless shelter and if my internet is cut off I lose that income as well.

If it’s been that soon, an updated bill hasn’t been generated yet
