Equipment broke, no one to fix it, and I want my bill adjusted.

Our bedroom receiver hasn’t worked in over a month. I’ve “texted” for support and called customer service many times and nothing gets fixed or no answer. I’m told I have to have a technician visit; but they aren’t making house visits. I would take it into a location and swap for a new one; but they are all closed. I refuse to pay full price on my bill this month. Can someone provide me with a contact number where I can talk with someone, preferably within the US, to settle this dispute?
