Hello, @familiamercado! You can access the Eco Billing setting in the Xfinity My Account app, https://comca.st/3jDu9na. You are able to turn the option on or off. On would mean digital bills and off would mean paper statements. Please let me know if that fixes things for you.
Please note that you will not be able to change back to paper bills until February 15th.
