Debit Charge to my account

I noticed a debit charge today to my account.

I have paid my bill in full to date as of 7/23 $82.52

 

WHY IS THERE A $17.29 charge to my account made on 8/2?

This was NOT AUTHORIZED......please explain and credit me!
