Just wanted to thank xfiniity for being so understanding during the uncharted times. I am working from home, have a college student taking summer classes, and two kids at home all day because their summer programs/activities have been cancelled. So we may be using more internet data than we normally do, that's why I got the email saying I've used over 75% of my data limit. It's good to know xfinity is looking out for their paying customers and charging them extra so they can give away free internet to everyone else. Can't wait til next month when school starts, maybe we can go over our limit. Thank you so much for rewarding me for paying my bill on time for years and making me feel like a valued customer.
