I am trying to Locate the option for a payment extension and or payment arrangement to get myself current and maintain my service. I have been trying to catch up little by little but have recently had a surgical procedure I had to pay for come up and it has made catching up difficult. Do payment arrangements need to be done over the phone or is this something I can do online. Is there a way to find out if I am even eligible for a payment extension or arrangement?

When you say check back often, what exactly do you mean. As of now my services have been disconnected, and I haven't heard from anyone. When went to my local comcast store they could'nt be bothered and told me to call the 800#. When i Called I didn't get any decent info other than someone trying to sell me services ( to a person with disconnected services ) and not actually listening to what i was asking. I was told by the comcast store to contact customer retention at the 1800 number ... when i called i asked for the customer retention dept. And they tried to sell me change of service. I am to the point where I feel like there is no actual interest other than just buy more service. Cheers and thanks.
