We are still currently without internet service due to an ice storm in Oregon. We lost service on 2/12/2021 and currently still do not have service as of 2/19/2021. Hello, @showellp! Thanks for reaching out about your service. I am up in WA state and have been through 2 ice storms now. I know that is scary, stressful, and frustrating. We are glad to help! You can check on your service in the Xfinity My Account app. We update the app when our teams have further information on when the service will be restored and you can sign up for text alerts. You will want to wait for the credit adjustment until things are working again so we can capture all of the downtime. These are the steps for you to follow to apply for the adjustment.
1. Please log in to either our easy to use website, https://comca.st/37yTb29 or our award winning Xfinity app.
2. With either option you will be able to tell us about your experience in the Xfinity Status Center. Click the link, "Tell us more about your experience".
3. A form will launch where you can enter your submission to add the adjustment to your account.
