Covid extension

Is it possible for me to get an due date extension do to hardship caused by COVID-19?
I have scheduled payment but there is no way for me to identify if it has been accepted and will prevent my services from being interpreted .

Comcast has proven its self to be more then a company that offers a superior product lineup but one that truly values its customers.

ComcastTeds is an asset to Comcast not just because of any actions/assistance offered but because of the compassionate way in which he handled the situation.
