Covid-19 and payment arrangements

Hi,
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic I have only recently returned to work. I managed to keep up to date on my bill until now but a few days ago my service was shut off pending payment of a past due amount (not full amount of bill, only partial- $63.xx).
I have made arrangements online, using a MasterCard, to pay the entire amount due in five days time. Can my service be restored before then or do I have to wait five days until payment clears?
I am a single father with two teens and they are reliant on the internet for information regarding school, friends, etc., not to mention that the internet is our primary connection to the outside world.
Is there any chance that my service will be restored before the five days is up? I understand Xfinity is making WiFi hotspots free to all during this time, how about a bit of empathy for a struggling family?
Thank you for your attention to this request. I appreciate any response you can provide.
