I have been having constant outages since the beginning of December. By the beginning of January, on one of my calls with a Xfinity tech, it was suggested that I swap out my box and have a tech come look at the line. So that next day, before I headed out to the Xfinity store, a senior tech called me and told me that the reason for my outages was due to work being done in my area and the last time was December 29. I told him I was still going to swap my box out but to cancel my tech appointment. However, I still have been having constant outages, slow performance, etc. It seem now it has increased. Today, I have had to restart the box/unplug the box/system refresh twice. I deserve a big time credit to my account. And I need to have better service or I will be going elsewhere.
