Why a basic service that started at $50.00 has been increased to the $90.00 , without any request for changes from the customer?

Based on what you've described, it seems like you were given an outstanding promotion when you first signed up for that package, and since then, the discounts you were once receiving have expired. I'd be happy to review your account and discuss options that would help lower your rate again.
