Comcast Won't Let Go

I cancelled my subscription August 10 (I am moving somewhere outside of Comcast Territory.) I overnighted my router and cable have receipts.  Yet Comcast keeps sending me bills (they threaten to cut off service, but I did that days ago!!!)  How do I get them to send me a final bill and close the account?  There is no human taking calls that I can talk to!
