Charged for services not ordered, refund promised was not done.

Spoke this morning with Walter (#23152) about a $19.99 charge on bill for Xtsy on demand. We did not order or want Xtsy. Walter said it would be removed from account bill. Instead I got a partial charge of $6.66, the $19.99 charge will remain on the account and the taxes + charges will increase by $2.35.  Walter, if your out there, why did you not remove this from my bill?

Dish & Direct are looking better and better every day.
