Changing Internet Plans

I have changed my internet plan to be $45 dollars per month instead of $70 per month, when does this plan change take effect? I have paid $70 on my most recent two payments, and the plan change doesn't seem to be processing at all

I would love to help you out! We bill one month in advance so it can take a billing cycle for you to see it on the bill to catch up if that makes sense! I can double-check into your account and check, however.
