Change Service

I have contacted customer service three time and have requested to speak to a supervisor.  Each time I have been deliberately cut off.  Comcast advertises on the internet (https://www.xfinity.com/learn/existing/offers) an 89.90 package that included internet(1000MBS), 130 channels and voice.  I have attempted to sign up for this package and am stopped when it requests whether I want a new phone number or transfer and existing phone number.  That is when I call customer service and have a problem.  Customer service says this is only for new customers and there is nothing on the web site that states this and in fact it recognizes my existing account.  This package expires 11/22 and I would like to enroll and modify the package by including HD reception and Premiere DVR service at an additional charge of $10 each (total $20).  Is this a scam or can sombody at Comcast resolve this for me.
