I spent all day being sent from one automation t ok another. I was told to pay 50 today and 50 a week until paid but must be done on phone tried calling not successful then was told they would call me. It's been 7 hours no phone call still. Now my kids will suffer in their grades for virtual school. Due to not being able t ok complete and turn in assignments. This is unacceptable I think if they cared I would of been able to speak to a real person. About to cancel my account and let them have the equipment back. I will go somewhere else. I will not recommend comcast to anyone ever. Even if they pay me a million bucks I would not recommend.
