Cannot access bill online
I have paperless billing and need a copy of my internet bill for my job. I have been unable to access the billing part of the site for 2 weeks now. I keep getting an error message. Customer service says they can’t email me a copy. I’ve accessed the site on my phone, Chrome, Internet Explorer... nothing works. I just need a copy of my current bill. This is so frustrating.
