Cancellation

I'm moving to a new address by tomorrow and I'm needing to cancel the services at this address. We already have comcast internet at our new address under a different account. I tried chatting with a representative, but I couldn't get anyone available for a while. I don't have time to call at the moment to cancel. Is it possible to cancel through the forums?
