Can't afford my package anymore. Please help

Hi Xfinity,

 

I can no longer afford this plan. I need to downgrade to internet only. Is there anything you can do? I am ultimately going to default on paying and you all are going to disconnect all of my services.


I lost my initial job due to COVID and just got a new one, but the pay is much lower than what I was previously making. 

 

Is there anything you can do for me so that I have fast internet (up to 100 mbps) but get rid of cable? I really can't afford it. Thank you.
