On June 22 I received a text that my service would be reduced to internet and phone only for $14.95 a month. However, my June and July bills reflect the full charge. I want the reduced charge and service and to have it start on June 22 as stated in your text to me.
Same problem here, only I received an email in April, also. Then I received one again in June and have been billed at full amount for all months plus late fees and my service was shut off a week ago. I have talked with ten customer no-service agents and none will resolve the matter. None care about the deception.
