Why is my bill every month although I do nothing differently and never pay for movie rentals or anything extra but the bill in the past year have varied every month from B $235 to $268. What’s up with that???? REFUND TIME!!!!

I can take a look at your billing history. Most of the time this charge variance can be from going over our data cap in your local area.

This Happend to me to!!! This month bill went up by $20 just like that, no explanations and no notice!

I want the old plan back and a refund!
