Billing

Its such a hassell trying to contact customer service regarding my bill.  I'm about to cancel your service if I can't get any answers, or talk with someone.  Why is my bill so high when all i have is xfinity internet and streaming app.

What does the bill say?  Were you in a contract that possibly expired and now you're paying every day pricing?
