Normally I get an email on the 12th of every month, that my bill is ready to view.
I didn't get an email this month.
My email address is up to date, and hasn't changed.
Why didn't I get one?

Did you check your Spam folder?
Yes, it wasn't there.
I'm referring to the email that says "YourBill Is Ready To View".
