Billing issue - Seasonal convenience plan
My seasonal convenience plan was due to commence 01/31/21 (I have email confirmation) however I've received notification of my bill for 08 feb to 08 March whIch is the full $169. I've tried live chat however despite being told I am being connected to a live agent this never happens and I'm based in UK so don't wish to call (last set of calls to xfinity cost me the equivalent of $80) .
is there an email address I can try?
